Hidden Valley Property Owners Association (HVPOA)Meeting Agenda

 Welcome – Ed Davis, President

 Review of Meeting Guidelines – David Sharp, Treasurer

 This meeting’s primary focus is for committees to present their 2023-2024 HVPOA Budgets and for the board to approve a budget that will be presented at the Annual Meeting which will be held on Sunday, July 2nd at 10am at First Beach.

 Committee Reports – In an effort to better manage and limit the time of the meeting to 2 hours, we are requesting that committee reports be limited to 10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion (if necessary).

 Environmental Committee Report – David O’Brien

 Recreation Report – Gail and Bill McDonnell

 Roads Report – Ted Sayce

 Review/Approve 2023-2024 Budget – David Sharp (Additional time will be allocated for discussion if necessary)

 Old Business

AED – Submit documented information on cost to the board – Ted Sayce

Discussion on this topic will be included in the Board Meeting Agenda which will be scheduled later in the summer.
